This gives my full name, my letter code, date of Birth and place of Birth and marriage date. Thankfully, my death date is not yet listed! The last letter 'A' denotes that I am in group 'A'. Some relatives have not been given a letter code but this final letter will show which group to look in.

The index list has been sorted into Surname order first followed by Christian name second.
